Juggy Death Hot Sauce Recipe

1 Dozen "hot" chilies peppers preferably "tabasco" style a step below habenero in scovile units

5 Red Chilies (for color)

2 Cloves Garlic

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

about 1/2 cup white vinegar until a nice consistency is reached

Chop all peppers and garlic and saute on medium heat with a little vinegar for about 3 minutes (Use gloves and goggles!!!!)

let cool and place in blender

add vinegar, onion powder and salt and blend on high until almost liquid.

You may add more vinegar if you prefer a more liquid sauce, I prefer a "thicker"mix.

Place in a generic hot sauce bottle and let sit for about a week.

Place in refrigerator after about that week.
